Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 7 -10 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.

Overnight
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 9:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays); overnight shipping is not available for orders destined for P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card.
Please follow the guidelines below:
- Products must have been purchased directly from Dermatologic Research Labs (We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other product websites)
- Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
- Please include a copy of your receipt, with your order #, and method of contact, as well as your reason for returning the product(s).
- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
